Will I have to make a whole new character or will I get to carry on with my ork warrior?
All realms will automatically upgrade to TBC, meaning your Orc Warrier will carry on in TBC, unless you choose to transfer to a Classic-only realm.

No ork warriors don’t exist, however every orc warrior will get an option to move to classic or tbc, or copy to both.
