Does anyone know why Burning wound does not scale with mastery. It deals a chaos dmg but in mastery gear build it still deals the same dmg? Is it a bug?
Half of the Classes conduits dont work properly. That Blade Dance Conduit is not affecting Death Sweeps last hit either.

Yes, but its not conduit effect, its simply mastery effect ( Increases your Chaos damage by X%) and legendary wchich deals chaos dmg. For it should work together.
Maybe Legendary Items are just affected by item level of the item and your character and not the stats? I got no clue how they do their balancing, Blizzard also could have simply forgot to make it scale with Mastery.
Not like it would make that much of a difference either way.
With the mastery scaling, this legengary should be much better for single target fight. With ~2% dmg in overal ST fight (even without mastery build)
Have quit Mythic Raiding so I am not too sure which Legendary is the best atm for ST, but wasnt BW the best there anyway after it got buffed and kicked CT from the Throne?
