Which class and spec is the number 1 in BURST ST DMG
My assumption that one of these:
Fmage, mmhunter, lock?
Arcane mage for a short period of time
Every single class at least in pvp revolves around cooldowns that make them burst more dmg. It really doesn’t matter what class you play the principle is same.
My vote goes to Fire Mage hands down.

Fire mage if you are playing with the talent for more damage above 90%. Also otherwise ret pally ? the entire spec revolves around doing damage during burst.
fire mage has the hugest st burst right now it can reach up to 100k for a short period
F warrior for sustained burst
If you can stand still and cast without caring about aggro or CC, then it’s MM. You just burn your trueshot and yatatatatatatata.
Aimshot damage is huge by itself, and combined with trueshot’s cd reduce and speed buff you become a living machine gun for next 15 sec.
Yeah, few days ago there was a fire mage third in DPS… until we reached the boss. In just a few seconds he was up to 92k dps. They are absolutely mental when it comes to ST damage.
