How do you want to upgrade items of gearslots we already have upgraded an item for? Right now that is the function of valorstones. When you want only crests we need to farm more crests. But you just said “No?”. Then i wonder how we will.
No cost for reupgrading. No valorstones required.

This is certainly true for the toons running the main content and/or delves. But for all the alts who just chill out doing a bit here and there and trying to catch up. It’s the catch up that’s the issue. I’d welcome a way to move capped (and unneeded valorstones) to warband by a 1:10 purchase price for example. Or alternatively, at some point (when the content peters off and we are paying attention to alts again – 11.07 it would have been at beginning of the long Timewalking event repetition) make valorstones tradeable.
