Hi, is it possible to buy a character boost as gift for my friend?
If no, could you add possibility to gift before Christmas?
You can’t gift it but you can gift balance which can be used to buy it.

Chronormi’s workaround would suit perfectly, just keep in mind you can only gift Balance in the same currency that your Battle.net account uses. Based on your character name and realm, I’m going to guess that’s in Rubles. If the intended recipient’s account uses Euros or GBP for Balance instead, they won’t be able to use your gift and you likely won’t even be able to send it.
I’m afraid some products just cannot be gifted directly, but hopefully you can work with the suggestions that were made here :).

My friend is from Russia and I from Poland. I can’t give him a gift becouse I have Euro currency in battlenet acccount
