Buying a Philosopher's Stone: possible?

I’m trying to find out if it’s possible for one Alchemist to sell a “Philosopher’s Stone” to another?

Heya,

The base item is bind on pickup so isn’t possible to be traded. During Warlords of Draenor a Bind on Equip trinket version was created that could be sold on the auction house and equipped by other users, but for the current Battle for Azeroth version of the trinket, it’s not possible to be traded as it is also Bind on Pickup.

The BFA and Pandarias alchmy strone are the fastest way to get access to a philosophers stone

Any alchmy stone from any exp counts as a philosopher stone

If you are makeing living steel then you should have access to the panda recipy so just but he mats off the ah and craft it
