I know some game publishers have some problems with game keys bought from 3rd parties (like G2A).
Is this comparable to buying the physical Dragonflight Collectors Edition from a 3rd party (like eBay), as in does Blizzard have any problems with that, or is it cool with them?
I assume it totally is, just want to make sure before spending that much money on it.
The risk is yours to buy from key selling sites. There are plenty that scam, sell you the keys then chargeback and then they have your money and you have a key that no longer works. Blizzard will not get involved and unless you’ve bought the buyers protection on sites like G2A you won’t get anything back from them either, other than giving the seller a bad rating.
Makes sense makes sense, so I take that buying the physical DF Collectors Edition from eBay is not prohibited by Blizzard either, they just dont (and cant) do anything if I get scammed.
