Today I renewed my subscription for a month. Later on I realized that payment was made but my bank put the money on hold and blizzard hasn’t got it yet. So it is still not seen on my transaction history on battle net. Upon this, a friend gifted me 30 days game time, it started and right after that, I cancelled my subscription even though money still hasnt reached to Blizzard. My question is, when the money is not on hold anymore and the payment reaches Blizzard, they will give me a monthly subscription. What will happen to the game time, will it be frozen until my soon to arrive subscription ends, or will my subscription will be delayed to next month?

For this issue the payment of the Subscription looks to have failed, so you should receive the “reserved” funds back within a few days (it depends on the banks systems). If the bank shouldn’t release them you may need to inform them of the failed payment and that we won’t charge you for this failed order, we cannot “recharge” a failed order.
If you have a payment problem again we’d recommend the following steps:

Remove and Re-add your payment method to ensure you have the correct information saved. You can do this here:

If you have issues adding the information there, or the website doesn’t load, try adding it in another browser.

Double check your cards balance, ensure you have more than enough funds for the payment. Some card issuers may have charges for currency changes and they may also require you to have a minimum amount on the account before they will approve a payment.

If neither of these help, contact your payment provider. They will be able to check the payment attempts and help you out with more information.

Also do remember that we now use Strong Customer Authentication for payments so you may need more money in the account than “just” the payment for Subscriptions for them to process.
