Blizz goes too easy on people caught buying gold. feeding the bots/gold farmers needs to be an instant permanent ban. No warning. No timeouts. Straight ban.
I’d go even further and do Hardware ID bans for a while until people get the message.

Temp ban, plus reset gold on whole battle.nwt account (not just the specific wow account) and removal of any items obtained from trades or AH for first warning
Permanent on second.
Edit: i gotta say, i admire your character portrait.
The design mixed with the low res has made something so horrendously ugly, that it brings joy to my heart.
After their temp ban they should get a debuff exposing them in-game

Agree with OP
This is a great ideal but it is to much work to enforce just perma them for griefing the game by paying botters/hackers for gold.
Also if they actaully manage to catch someone buying gold more than likely they’ve done it alot more than once. They know it’s not allowed. They know it’s against TOS. Full ban.
This has been discussed on here since classic launch and longe before. Yes most of the community is for perma bans for gold buyers. No Blizzard will never do it. Next.
2 week suspension for buying gold, insta perma ban for participating in GDKP’s.
