Every class does instant fast damage except demonology.
Half casts are already instant with talent
Yes, but the first one is usually casted. In fact, one of the problems with Demonology is that it produces damage over a long time, which is why it would be much better to go back to having Instant Proc all the time (even in PvE) and replace the Instant Proc talent with something more interesting
Like what please? If you mean instant call dreadstalkers after casting lots of shadow bolts or demonbolts it s almost useless by the fact that dreadstalkers damage is big so you must not wait only the instant ones to proc.
What other is instant? Demonbolt? Not big damage even with many demons out.
Usually solo arena ends with all other classes double damage especially if you are the target dummy.

Every soul shard spender need to be an insta cast, you already spend time on casting SB to gain shards, this is more than enough time for casting already.
