I can’t seem to trigger this quest at all. I saw https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kPB9DOFhcb0&t=229s&ab_channel=Venruki hoping it would help me. But I can’t get this quest started whatsoever.
I’ve done the 2 chapters of the new campaign thingie, but nothing.
What am I doing wrong?

For anyone being confused about this too. I had a quest item in my bagpack. Artisan’s Consortium Flier.
