I’m a returning player and I’m enjoying the game, but the camera distance is really annoying.
I googled methods of expanding the view distance, but with no luck. Is there a capped max distanced? Compared to classic with maxzoomout addon, I’m super close.
Is there currently anyway to maxout farther than defaulr?
Yes it’s capped really close now.
There used to be a /script that would extend it further than the in game UI would allow, but that was stopped in MoP or WoD as I recall. I think it was when they were toying with the action cam that didn’t make it to the game.
We’re now stuck at the max you can scroll out to now.
Ah, that is very annoying. Without being dramatic, making me sort’a not wanna continue playing the game, haha.
Is there no plans to change it back?
Isn’t it capped at the old mop/wod extended distance?
Can’t remember being able to go out any further than what we can now.
Awesome, I was sure it was gone for good, great if an add-on has been able to overcome the limitation.
