Camera stays fixed in one spot

Hi

So I’ve been having this issue with my camera, it works fine when I login for the first time into any of characters, when i logout and login with another, my camera gets bugged and whenever I move it with the left mouse button it remains stuck there instead of normally snapping back to its position.

I’ve tried a clean install, didn’t help, I’ve tried copying from my laptop, didn’t help, oddly enough the problem seems to be on my laptop as well so I’m not so sure what I’m doing wrong here.

PLEASE HELP!!! its getting frustrating of having to quit the game just to switch characters.

Have you checked the camera settings ingame?

i have yes and fiddling with the settings haven’t helped

This sounds exactly like your problem:
