I´m writing here because I´ve written tickets about this a few times and no one is helping me. I´ve so far missed out on all the wow classic experiences because I can´t log in and it says I don´t have a subscription. However I can play retail just fine…
Has anyone else had this problem, and what was the solution??
I´m really bummed out I had to miss TBC classic since it´s my favourite wow expansion ever.
What was the answer from the tickets?
Remember that if you’re subbed on WoW1, this also only grants you access to the WoW1 dropdown box at the Battle.net client.
Check to make sure you aren’t launching the US classic server.
You are probably trying to log into classic on a Warcraft account that doesn’t have game time. The game time only allows you to log into the classic account that has it, it is not battle.net account wide.
For instance, if you play retail on the character Allistrazza on WoW1 then you can only play classic on WoW1.
If you don’t know which has game time then the log into the launcher, choose Wrath classic and go through each Warcraft account one by one. If you have active gametime it won’t say “Subscription Expired” below the play button.
If you missed an entire expansion you probably didn’t reach out hard enough to solve the issue?

I’m checking your account and I don’t see any tickets, open,or closed. This tells me it’s likely you’ve been sending bug reports, which aren’t serviced directly by Support. If you need to send a ticket, the fastest way to do so is via web, here.
This said, I do see that, like Dottie said (you’re on a roll today Dottie!) you do have two WoW accounts, one with gametime, one without. Make sure you’re loggin to WoW Classic in the account that has gametime. You do not need separate WoW licenses to play WoW Classic: you can play both in the same account.
I feel so stupid xD I was trying to log into classic with my other account that doesn´t have a sub … thanks seems like problem is solved
Well as he customer support said I probably submitted bugs and not tickets… not sure how that could have happened, but I submitted a lot of them and just gave up in the end
