I have a new laptop and I’m trying to install WoW. My Install screen won’t go past “downloading new installer…” have tried deleting and re-installing. Tried all the recommendations on the support page, and have restarted the laptop twice but I cannot seem to install WoW: WotLK! Any thoughts?

Uh, are you using Wrath of the Lich King installation media to try to install the game?
You need to download the newest installer from the web and use that to install the game as I doubt the ancient launcher even works anymore at this point.
You can download the current Battle.net launcher installer from here: https://www.blizzard.com/download/

As mentioned above please download the Battle.net launcher and install directly from that.

Oooo ok I’ll give it a try! I’ve not played in a while see. So I just automatically went from scratch by using the installing cds like I did before. I’ll start again and try through blizzard. Thank you
