Hey,
I’ve been trying to raise a support ticket through the ‘Contact Us’ section on the Blizzard/ Battle.net page and it’s taken me through the self-service steps. That’s all gone fine until the point where I select my character to ‘move to a safe space’ - for context, my issue is to do with a char transfer (been stuck in “processing” for more than 24 hours).
After the point I select my character to move, I submit the ticket but get the “Oops, something went wrong, try again or raise a support ticket.” Correct me if I’m wrong, no matter where I go, there’s no way for me to directly raise a ticket and bypass the self-service (as this just sticks me in the same vicious circle)
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
That one is for ingame issues, being stuck flying through the world/unable to use the toon after it has been stunned for eternity etc.

If your payment cleared from your bank, not merely reserved/awaiting pickup by merchant then Blizzard should be able to take a look as well.
Hey, thanks for your reply. The problem is, I purchased the bundle of 3 Realm Transfers - two of the chars I have transferred have done so successfully, but the third is stuck in the “processing” phase. I’ve been trying to raise a ticket to resolve it, and I’ve gone through the WoW > In-Game Issue > Character Problem > Stuck Character service, but all I get stuck with is the self-service process but it keeps failing me. All I want to do is talk with a GM or someone directly that can help as it seems the self-service isn’t working for me…
I see you clicked on my link, if you made the ticket a GM will take a look at your problem. Livechat is only open for select issues during office hours through the weekdays.
There’s no self-service for transfer issues.
Ah, I see now. Thank you - I was hesitant to click as I thought it would send me through the same loop, but I see that ticket form to fill out now. Thanks again for your help
