So my current character got stuck and he is getting instant disconnect after doing the HS event in SW, Character stuck service is bugged and does not load, and the ticket wait time is 11 days… i wanted the 36slot bag from a limited time event on my main and cannot even play him, let alone do endgame content.

Gm are not available on forums . Plus the game is going on extended maintenance in 30 minutes time . So try the character stuck service after the servers come back online

Yeap Europe no longer has any Game Masters. The France office was shut down and the Ireland office is about to be shutdown, as nearly all the staff there were laid off.
All CS related stuff is now done through machine learning/automated stuff and only if you say your issue wasn’t resolved with your issue then be escalated to the GMs that are based in the United States.
I think the current response time is at minimum a week. So with the server reset and such you shouldn’t be stuck any longer. But if you are, make sure to keep submitting tickets and say your issue wasn’t fixed and then just log into another character and play, until you get an email saying your ticket was resolved and that your character was moved to another location.

Also, not to build false hope, but I found that the ticket response time is sort of an SLA promise. Intended to be a worst case scenario.
Tickets are triaged and if yours is trivial, especially with a good standing account, chances are someone will handle it way earlier. Unlike appeals, arguments…

The GM’s of old no longer exist unfortunately.
I have loads of fond memories of them, like when Lich King bugged out so we opened a ticket, waited around 30ish minutes, and while we waited we chatted on (Ventrillo) yes I’m old.
Anyway a GM answered, and then appeared in game, fully reset the Lich King and watched us fight him, then when he got to 50% he somehow added like a Beserk on him and he one shot everything.
Was a funny night, especially when he turned us all into little yellow chickens
Shame that those actually helpful and fun GM’s aren’t around anymore

You have a better chance at asking on the customer support forums but they will probably tell you the same as the first response: wait until the servers have calmed and use the stuck thing.

CS can’t help with a character that is stuck. They will most likely advise you to try the character unstuck, if that fails then you’d need to ticket to get a GM to help. You’ve already taken all these steps.
I have tried the character unstuck button and although it takes a long time to load it does eventually populate with my characters. Finger crossed you can move your character now.
When I am stuck on beta where there is no support, I try lowering all my settings to 1, disable all addons etc, then try. Sometimes that lets the game realise where I am and lets me load in. There is no guarantee ofc.

yep in one of my ticket the estimated response time is showing as 10 days
Cor’blimey, I remember the days of 2 hour wait.
There’s a support page to move a stuck character to where you’ve saved your inn at.
