Can anyone help me with @cursor & mouse over macro in a single macro?

Hey guys, so basically what I’m trying to do is have my Healing Rain (I’m Resto Sham) do the following things in these situations:

  • If I mouse-over a party/raid nameplate and press the macro, it’s gonna cast the Healing Rain on the person that I moused over.
  • If I just target the ground somewhere with my mouse, it’s gonna cast there immediately (aka @cursor)

Right now the problem that I have is it only casts it @cursor, but when I mouse over a party/raid nameplate and wanna cast it on mouse over on that person, it essentially ignores the nameplate and casts it on the ground behind the raid frames. The macro I’m using for it right now which doesn’t work is this:

#showtooltip Healing Rain
/cast [@cursor][target=mouseover,help,nodead][]Healing Rain

Can anyone help me fix it and get it to actually work properly please? Thank you very much.

Hi,
you cannot really do it since it is an area effect and not a spell that is applied to a target.
