There’s no use in wider audience as the additional players you reach cant help you at all due to realm restrictions. Trace chat goes across all capitals and expansion centres within your realm, meaning this is where to find people who actually can craft you stuff.

General chat however only reaches players in your zone, and this might also include all players from other realms in your phase, and they are not able to trade you anything.

I can make a character on any realm and transfer gold to reward the person that’s not the issue.

I must admit that this fascinated. After checking Wowhead, I can confirm that this pattern was never made available, despite existing in the vanilla/classic database.

I can’t but out of curiosity did you check WoWhead lately or rely on old knowledge of the removed vanilla recipes ?

A few cloth recipes removed by cata were re-introduxed by the BFA tools of the trade, and it would be a shame to pay a crazy price for something that’s actually obtainable.

As in “Some people may perhaps eventually still remember that their character has the recipe but Blizz in its grand wisdom decided to remove it from the drop-table”

Thankfully the mats are the usual ones unlike the ZG recipes.

If your search on argent dawn doesn’t pay off and you’re ready to throw around a ton of gold you may perhaps seek some discord community about expensive & unobtainable tmogs, buy some tokens with gold, use that Blizz money to buy tokens on another realm and learn the tmog there.
