Can I send legendary items and other “Binds when picked up” items to my another realm character via mail ?
If the answer is no, is there a way to do so ?

No. And no.
BoP items cannot be sent or traded or anything else, except sold to a vendor. And they cannot be unbound.
You can trade BOP items with the party/ raidmembers you were with when it dropped for a limited time. After that: it’s yours and yours only

Good catch! I missed that, thinkiing about the “send to alt” bit.
That is true, if it dropped in a party and if the item is swappable (some, mostly from chests rather than drops proper, aren’t) and if it is an equippable piece and if you fulfil the ilevel requirement for that slot.
