Can DHs talk cross-faction?

Yes, you can talk to Blood Elf DHs through [Demonic].

Yes they can talk cross faction if they talk in Demonic.
you can also talk as blood elf with a Void elf .

it is in the menu where u have emutes and macros it says languages. sod have 3 diff languages as Blood elf DH. 2 of them works cross faction.
