Because I have explored some of the areas fully on one character (not for the achievement though!) but on another character I have done some of the Loremaster quests
It slightly depends on how you plan to “split up” the workload, but generally speaking you can do most of it on multiple characters yes.
To the best of my knowledge:
Exploration: you can explore Gorgrond on character A and Talador on character B (and get accountwide credit for both), but you cannot explore east-Gorgrond on A and west-Gorgrond on B.
Loremaster: Similarly, you can do the Gorgrond storylines on a different character than the Nagrand storylines (and get account wide credit for both), but you have to do all 4 Gorgrond storelines on the same character to complete Gorgrond.
Tanaan Diplomat: You have to get revered with the 3 factions on a single character.
Securing Draenor: You have to complete all these objectives on a single character.
Treasures: You have to do this on a single character.

The pathfinder achies are account achies and the components that make up the total achie are also account achies.
You can check the rep your chars have in character sheet; bottom right tab.
You may also want to buy rep tokens. They are cheap atm. If you can miss the gold that is.
I wouldnt do that for pathfinder though, bc if you quest all, which you need to do anyway for the total achie, you will find you are exalted, or far on the way to exalted with that char anyway.

Either hop between all your characters to check, or check them out on the Armory.
If you use addons like Altoholic it will allow you to see all your characters reputations in a single place but if you are not already using that addon it won’t help you now (as you’ll have to log all your characters once after installation in order to populate the addon data).
Dumb question but where do you get Draenor rep tokens?
You buy them from the auction house mainly
I’m not sure i would agree they are cheap though (at least not on my realm), so unless you’re swimming in gold you may wish to pass but it’s always worth having a look.
I’d say just pick up the Darkmoon Faire carousel buff before farming rep (if the DMF is up, which it is at the moment). Having a level 3 trading post in your garrison can help too (if you have that plan unlocked).
The grind towards revered shouldn’t take you all that long so i wouldn’t worry as much about shortcuts as i would about finding a way to do it in a way that lets you have some fun or gives additional rewards along the way.
There is a website called wowthing that uploads your rep and other stuff that can be seen at a glance.
Or you could try the wowhead one, but that only works for one character.

Id like to add (again) that it is not needed to get rep tokens, as you have to complete questing for every zone. This amounts to enough rep (or close to) for the rep achies you need.
You asked the question with a horde char. If you have a human char aswell that is high enough, you might consider doing the quests with that one, bc they have racial of +10% rep. And indeed, stack that with DMF rep buff of 10%.
Not that its needed, bc you have to quest anyway.
I got most rep tokens from doing draenor garrison missions. You still get missions for them, but they are rare and you need to lvl a load of followers to top b4 you get them.
These rep tokens can be bought/sold on ah. They grant +1000 rep for all draenor factions and grant increased rep with buffs (human, dmf, other). Prices at realms i play are atm 3 k lowest. You would need 42k rep > 150k minimum or maybe a lot more.
Again, there is no need to do this, as you have to quest it anyway. I better had not mentioned it i guess.
That’s not the case for Draenor flying, since the reps you need are the 3 that are apart of Tanaan Jungle, and that’s the “end zone” for Draenor. So, you’d either have to go do the dailies every day, kill the 4 rares each week at the chance for the medallions, or go buy the medallions from the AH.

Takes some 3 or 4 weeks if i remember well. And you may want to do that any way for the mounts and stuff.
Or dish out the gold for the medallions.
I still need to farm another 60k Apexis Crystals for the 150k mount, and even with flying, it’s just soooo annoying xD.
I completed it… got all the mounts. But i need to go back to dreanor bc i only got 1/4 mounts from garrisson invasions. And still need some rares (kar the thunderer and poundfist i think)
