Today my druid was my first character to get both Bindings of the Windseeker.
It shows me progress on the quest and I only need to get the 10 elementium bars to complete it. But what happens when I turn the quest in? Can I acquire Thunderfiry with the druid? I assume that even if the druid can get Thunderfury, it cannot use it. But will it become available for transmogrification for my alts of classes than can use 1h-swords?
I am afraid I am throwing away the materials for the elementium bars…
As far as I know, you can get Thunderfury on any class.
However, you need to be able to equip it on said character to get both the achievement and the transmog unlock. Save your bars and do it on something that can wield 1 handed swords.

Must be some twisted fate that of the five characters that I run MC with every week, the druid is the first one to get both bindings.
