Can help , I bought game time for wrong (us) region

I bought game time for wrong region i playing classic on eu and did subscription in us.
Is there a way to change it to eu or get a refund
or any solutions ?

You’ll have to contact Support to get it refunded so you can retry your purchase at the appropriate region again. They will not change the product region for you.

As long as you don’t play on the wrong region’s game account extensively you’ll get a refund.

Doesn’t playing in dollars give you the idea that you may be buying time for the wrong region, or did you just think $14.99, that’s cheaper than I normally pay?

Contact support, don’t bother with a GM, few days ago there were a GM who said to one Player that if he will buy sub on proper account he will get refund, and then second GM told him that it’s not possible, don’t get scammed :smiley:

The GM’s ARE support. They are the final arbiters, the final judges. Players have no contact with anyone higher. Customer support are actually below the GM’s.

But GM’s are still human, and may make mistakes. You do realise that a multibillion, blue chip, stock exchange listed company, that makes in 1 second, more than you make in an entire yea, doesn’t actually need to scam you out of a measly £10/$15?

There are many reasons why his refund request might have been declined, we only see one side of the story and it may not even be an honest representation of their side of the story, on the forums.

Blizzard are not able to give their side of the story due to privacy laws.

Reasons why a refund may be declined:

  1. They actually used some of the game time they are asking a refund for, by playing.
  2. Too may previous refund requests.

I am sure there are other reasons, but those are the ones I can think of off the top of my head.

Yeah, they make mistakes as we all do, but why so often?
