Can I access timewalking campaigns if I only did Dragonflight?

When I started with WoW I did a bit of BFA, after that I bought the character boost and started playing Dragonflight. I have one lvl 70 character there now.

If I create a new character now, do I still have to do BFA? Or can I access Chromie Time if I hit lvl 10?

You don’t have to do BfA again.

Now that you have a max-level character, your new alt can

a) Choose a real starting zone instead of Exile’s Reach when you make the character and
b) Talk to Chromie at level 10 to choose any expansion to level through.
