Leveling in Classic era, leveling in Classic heroic, leveling in retail. I just want to play endgame (or at least the expansion) of WotLK, getting bored of leveling all the time.
Is there a way to buy a level 70 character boost?
With the Heroic Upgrade you’ll get one boost per game account. You’ll not get another boost if you upgrade further to Epic and you cannot buy extra individual* boosts.

Then stop leveling and play the character you have already leveled instead of switching to a new one every month.

if you are rich enough, just buy boosts, its a whole lot faster than normal leveling.
I power leveled myself a 60 warlock in 11 hours.

What do you mean, I have characters on retail, classic era, classic hardcore and classic WotLK. It’s 4 different games.
Since leveling 1-60 is the game for classic, I enjoy it there. If I want to play a bit of classic WotLK, I don’t want to level 1-60, I want to start at 70.
This is not a game you play “a bit” of. It’s not designed for that and should not be, there’s plenty other games for that. You might try looking at CoD or some mobile gacha or whatever.

That’s where we differ from opinion, I feel like things like classic WotLK and in the future classic MoP are games you play a bit of. The main focus should be retail and your single character progression there, granted retail is not about that anymore. But I got my answer on the original question, thanks 
You can still play a bit of WOTLK. Joyous Journeys, RDF and using rested experience to the max will make your leveling not as bad.
Well, you’re clearly not being very successful at playing WotLK only a bit based on your original complaint. Normally, this would cause someone to change their opinion instead of trying to smash a wall with their head.
