Can I disable outline and sparkles?

I love it when I can search around an area and find something with my eyes.
These outlines or the sparkles ruin it for me. The game is basically denying me the opportunity to look for things.
Can I disable them?
doesn’t have to be in the options menu. a console command will do.

System, “Outline Mode” to OFF.

i appreciate your help, but removing the outline just makes the sparkles appear

Then if sparkles appear turn down graphic settings in the menu .

yeah i was thinking of doing that. i turned particles to the lowest setting and it helped, but it makes my game look worse and i don’t want that XD

I am not sure what you class as the sparkles.

/console ShowQuestUnitCircles 0

ive disabled the unit circles already and that is much better for me, but the sparkles are quite prominent. do you remember before we had outlines? its the same thing we used to have. sparkles.
