Since the best i can do for raid is HC, but for dungeons i fill all slots with myth gear, is it possible for raid loot to be in the dungeon slots?
The dungeon slots will only award loot from the dungeon pool I’m afraid.

What Puny said, the only thing that can be get from all raid, dungeon and openworld/delves slot is tier pieces.
Pretty sure I got tier pieces though from it. 
just wandering, saw a dude with hero gear overall and myth weapon from Gally at 4-5 week of the exp

Killing 1 boss in Mythic raid unlocks a vault slot for a mythic track raid item, no?

Most likely bought a boost for it then.
