Can I play a normal elemental build?

I want to spam chain lightning and earthquake in aoe.

Lava burst, lightning bolt and elemental blast single target.

What this lava burst spam in aoe all about? Is there a “normal” build?

Sure there is, you’ll just be hindering your DPS when you get your set pieces but if that’s how you wanna play so be it ig
Icy Veins has a lightning build that doesn’t have Prim Wave in it so no AOE lava bursts

the tier set basically is made for meatball spam, while earthquake and chain lightning does not enough dmg on its own, besides meatballs produce significant maelstrom as well.

so basically you can play meatball and earthquake spam instead, this will give you better results and just replaces chain lightning with meatball…
