Well, if they opened up RU to EU players it would lose its Russian charm. It’ll become exactly like here, with people who think “but some maybe don’t want to play that way” is a valid argument.
Yes, but you need language pack, and then change game settings to Russian. That’s how I play in Ru servers.
But you cannot play in EU, if you opt in for the cheaper RU-localization sub.

Unfortunately no. You need to be in RU lang setting to log into RU servers. The process I go trough between my international and ru character is a bit of a headache due that. But its quicker now than it was back when I started.
Playing in RU has two ways and both mean your client language is in russian. just in cheap sub. you cannot play in eu realms while with normal sub there are no limitations play in RU or others.
