Unfortunately you cant. It goes down to the fact that Russians pay less money for a sub. So the client barrier is there to prevent EU folks to exploit on that. I find it dumb if you ask me.
Tbh, when I played Allods on EU and RU, I found RU to be such a more pleasant experience - much better players, much more aggressive and confident. Russian people dominate in every game, and I donβt know how they do it. Thereβs a cultural aspect to it.
But Ruskis pay less for a sub because of wage differences. This is the main way companies found to combat piracy - just make things cheaper in Russia. And Russia is a special case, because it is a giant market, so lowerig prices to be in it is actually worth it.
Yeah I agree. What I find dumb is that itβs forbidden (conditioned in client language) for EU people to just play Russian realms.
And yes I also like Russian wow community more. I tried once to level a char on Eng server and it was terrible. A lot of clownfiesta in low level dungeoning. People mindlessly kick others for 0 reason. I rarely experience that when leveling on RU.

I would like that too, for us who pay more than the Russian players, we should access their servers too?
it was already explained that they gain an unfair advantage via a smaller pool of players.

Those are the biggest servers for respective factions.

Is it a nice town?
As a person from Moscow I used to dislike St. Pete and its outskirts (ah, sweet stereotypes). On a serious note, I really doubt that you would find a posh quality of life in towns such as Vyborg. Never been there though.
Maybe move to Colonia Ulpia Traiana or or Colonia Claudia AR Agrippinensium
