Can i skip the campaign after my quest bugged?

so i’m halfway thru the war within campaign on my mage i stopped playing mage and started playing warlock however only a few quests into the campaign on the quest “strengthen the wards” my game bugged and the quest had disappeared its not showing on map or anywhere in dalaran and it says accept the quest to continue the campaign

i’ve made a ticket but all they’ve said is make a bug report so my question is if i go back to my mage and finish the campaign can i skip the campaign on my warlock even tho ive already technically started it?

You can skip the levelling storyline at any stages, if you have completed it on 1 charr each, same for the Underminy storyline.

The only storyline you can’t skip is the end part of 11.0’s story.
