yes while watching twitch.listening to music and drinking to stay hidrated and eating somtimes.

I haven’t tried it myself yet, so I don’t know how difficult it is (I imagine not very, at level 60), but it is technically possible to solo queue now, yes.

Yes you can queue island expeditions solo now, and can also solo complete them, I have done on my 220 hunter.

you can solo normal,.
heroic and mythic is gear-lego dependant (like 230+ with good lego/conduit)

i have enjoyed soloing the island adventures - talk to Flynn - dont click on the table - with my BM hunter its fairly easy and fun - pro tip - dont be scared of the computer controlled opposition; in fact seek them out after a few mins and kill them to gain more azerite - i have played on all 3 levels - normal very easy - heroic ok - mythic possible but takes longer as you have to get 12000 instead of 9000 in heroic or 6000 in normal - lots of silver elites dotted about and azerite nodes - good luck !

You can wait as long as you like for 9.3… probably isn’t going to happen.
But you can go solo Islands now if you want.
