I have read that monk will be able to use 2h as DPS, so will be possible to use the same 2h as tank and dps ? Also as healer ?
Yes, Windwalker will be able to use 2h weapons. Brewmaster will also be able to use 1-handers (as far as I remember). And while technically, you will be able to use the same weapon for all 3 specs, you will likely want different enchants for each spec, and possibly different stats too.
Eg, as mistweaver, I’d much prefer crit and haste over mastery and versa. As tank, I’d love some versa, and crit or mastery. No clue about WW, but I imagine the stat priority there ain’t the same as tank or healer either.

Stat priority for WW in 8.3 has been versa and mastery. Most recent blue post mentions they are looking at 2h vs DW balance for Monks, so I really hope both options become viable as I would love to go 2h as WW and not feel too gimped compared to DW.
