Is this intended ?
We noticed today that if I go to list a friends key, as soon as I go to click “List” nothing happens. I can only list my own key under M+, not anyone elses.
Anyone else having this ?
It’s a verification thing. You need to give Blizzard your phone number or something.
If you don’t do that, you can only list your own key. That’s being a thing for long time already.
Unless you mean something else, then it might be an UI issue or idk. Need more information.
He does have. I can’t do it either, and i have Authenticator.
It seems some of the listing have mythic and mythic+ swapped, and won’t let you list it for some reason. Cinderbrew wouldnt work, and when you select that, it defaul;ts to mythic at bottom of list, where as ToP has M+ at bottom, and works fine.
I have always been able to until today 
BUT I think I have figured it out.
The order of the difficulties on cinderbrew is out of order (normal / heroic / M+ Keystone / Mythic)
And it is on dungeons where these appear out of order it doesnt work.
I know it worked yesterday, today I only played my key so far, so not sure if there changed something today.
Then you can simply switch the difficulty yourself and it should work, no?

If the list is out of order you cannot list, if its the correct order then you can.
And we have just checked by disabling all addons. So this is a blizz thing.

So the only work around is to pass lead now?

Disable all addons and retry. I just tried it with all modes where possible (Normal, Heroic, Mythic+, Mythic), and I was able to write anything I liked in every mode.
Did try it in a group ?

Im having the same issue at the moment, never had this issue in the past… My account is 100% secured and has authenticator etc…

Did you manage to find the cause of the problem since? I have the same issue as you, however I don’t think the order of the listings has anything to do with it, since DFC has the correct order (normal->heroic->mythic->mythic+), and yet I can’t make a group for it.
Nope, we never discovered what caused it or how to fix it.
We essentially stopped trying to do friends keys. That was 1 way of fixing it.
You couldn’t give them lead, they list and then pass lead to you as a workaround?

But they hate making groups, and on top of that there is a score difference, which shouldn’t (but does) seem to affect the kinds of people queuing.
Which is why they swap lead to you after listing.
