Can not enter Guild Bank after 10 years

Good afternoon,

I started playing WoW again after 10 years. I have a character with a guild and when i try to open the guild bank i get the message “You don’t have the permission to do that”.

I have already reset my user interface using Battle.net Client and also by renaming the folders in the World of Warcraft installation directory.

I can not find the correct solution.

Do you have other members in your guild and if so have you checked if you are still the GM. Being inactive for that length of time, it’s possible that some one else in your guild has now got control of the guild.

If your still GM, have you checked the bank permissions in the guild UI to ensure you can access it.

Also i think some of the higher ranks require an authenticator attached to the account.
