Can Reavers Mark stack with others?

Hi i’d like to know if Reaver’s Mark from the Aldrachi Reaver hero talent tree can stack with other Demon Hunters in the same hero spec?

i can’t seem to see the debuff from others i play with and neither can my buddy who is also a Demon Hunter
