Can Season 4 Castle Nathria BoE's be used for the Creation Catalyst?

I need one more apparance for the Mythic set which is the cloak, but it just won’t drop from the vault. Thinking about buying the BoE cloak from the AH… but it’d be such a bummer if it didn’t even work in the end. Can anyone confirm whether the BoE’s can be used at the Creation Catalyst?
