Can someone explain titan residuum drop plz

Apologies, there are a lot of posts on TR but I can’t find the explanation I am looking for.

Is scrapping of Azerite gear a Chance to get TR or is it supposed to drop every time depending on iLvl?

I have been scrapping all the ilvl340-385 Azerite gear I have collected over the last 2 weeks and literally got zero TR. This was all gear for my spec (most were previously equipped) and all acquired within the last 2 weeks.

I get the idea behind it but, i don’t think this is true at all. 99% of the time i get0 from 340 and 355 gear and only get like 3 from 370

Thanks for the reply but it doesn’t explain my scenario. From reading what you posted it sounds like I should always get 12 TRs for every 370ilvl Azerite gear…this doesn’t happen. I scrapped 4 pieces of such gear I acquired this morning and got nothing!

My question is what is the % drop rate of TR assuming you satisfy the conditions?

You scrapped item that has been looted before patch 8.1. Thats the reason why you dont get Tr.

No, it was gear I got today. Not from the previous patch

you know it is only from the hat shoulder and chest piece you get it from ?

I have reported it numerous times but atm the 355 stuff doesn’t seem to be working. Gives me nothing :frowning:

Hopefully that will get fixed.

It does have to be EPIC quality. So a Blue azerite piece from a world quest for example will not yield the Titan Residuum

yup, Azerite epic gear only. Helm, chest and shoulders only. T

you got it turned on to show in chat when you get it? I had the “currency loot” disabled for some reason, so didn’t show I got anything. Put in a ticket raging to GM’s, and turned out I was just being a mong.

World quest azerite pieces don’t give residuum, only dungeon/raid/emissary

That did explain 1 of the pieces but the rest were from BoD, admittedly raid finder but I don’t think that makes a difference.
