hey i used to be on defiasbrotherhood since i really loved how it was balanced between horde and alliance.
i remember it being really quiet there in the last years so i was playing on argent dawn as a ally. but i do really feel more at home with the horde.
i saw that draenor and kazzak are the biggest horde realms. but when 90 procent is horde it feels abit weird to me since i always played in a 50/50 server.
So any recommendations?
With cross realm play and sharding, the realm doesn’t really matter any more outside of being in a guild, and even then it doesn’t matter for linked realms.
If you want a large Horde then Draenor or Kazzak.
If you’re looking at PVP it again really doesn’t matter as you’re phased into a specific shard for War Mode.
There’s Tarren Mill/Dentarg.
And risking not being able to log in.
Ragnaros or tarren mill would be my recommendations
Both servers have good activity for raiding / AH etc etc. Neither are extensively overfilled to a point where being unable to log in is a risk.
Tarren mill looks interesting to me, one of the reasons i wanne leave defias, is that its now a RP realm so if i wanne wpvp its gonne be a pain for horde.
Remember that Dentarg is connected to Tarren Mill, so if you want a name that isnt available on Tarren Mill, you can check it out on Dentarg instead. It’s why I went on Dentarg instead of Tarren Mill.

I have, and have zero regrets leaving the trashcan known as Argent Dawn.

Twisting Nether was a really great server as well. I enjoyed it there while I was Horde.

You will be fine as long as you do not pick Kazzak 
Kazzak and Draenor are the biggest Horde servers, Tarren Mill I’ve heard is also good. Stormreaver and Stormscale were also recommended to me as well at some point, but they’re considerably smaller.
Kazzak is my realm personally and people say it’s ridiculously toxic, but all of my toxic encounters have actually been with people from other realms, so I can’t provide much of a basis for that.
The only issue I’ve had with playing on a high pop realm is that sometimes the servers lag/go down entirely around patch releases, and of course Draenor and Kazzak were unplayable for a week or something when Shadowlands dropped. But, I have characters on less populated realms in case stuff like that happens. If you pick a high pop realm, maybe consider having a backup alt somewhere else too, just in case.
Aye, and people from Argent Dawn wants all Non-RPers gone (Which is fair), so I wouldnt recommend the server due to that.

Well, it’s a realm dedicated for people to roleplay - It’s meant for roleplaying. Ofc, roleplayers play the content as well, but people are expected to roleplay there - that’s the purpose of RP servers.
