Can somone explain to me FelRush damage?

Yesterday I found out, that vs some Geared DH in a Battleground I got constantly 13-16k “Felrush” Crits (Teufelsrausch according to German Combat Log)

I wanted to check my old DH if there is a Talent or PvP Talent or legendary that changes the skill into a DPS skill.
I could not find anything, and when I played DH a bit as farmchar in BFA, it was simply a movementskill with very low damage.

Is there something I am missing? How can a low damage abilitie do 15k crits like the Hunt, if its just a small dmg movement skill?

Could not find anything, that would remotely modify it that high.

There is a talent called unbound chaos on 3rd row that will increase the next fel rush damage by 600% after activating immolation aura.

Lol thanks, dumb me. I did check the talents yesterday, but I think I stopped reading at Immolation Aura

It if was hitting for 15K dmg he probably had some dmg % buffs stacked on top. I doubt it hits for that much even with Unbound Chaos.
