Hey there. I think I ran into a bug or something like that. I’m trying to create a PTR account, I followed the steps written on the article but still unsuccessful. I often relogged in the desktop app changed to language and region to America and back to EU, I relogged often on the website too but still when I click on +Create PTR Account and then Create Account button I get the error message : This account can’t be created. I have talked to 2 game masters (email and live chat) but they also couldn’t fix the problem. The game master asked me to create a topic about this bug and I hope somebody can fix the problem.
