Can we ever get back Drain Life?

I know, i know PVE is everything, the most important.

But in pvp Drain Life is a must have, now it heals nothing, and full useless.

I’d like drain life for Pve as well…

I’m better of spamming spells getting the shield than using drain life

Drain Life might as well not exist in PvE either honestly, the heal is that insignificant…
