Can we get a blue post about the delvers bounty chest being locked?

I’m so frustrated with this game atm, this is the last in a long list of bugs, and when I try to open a ticket about them I just get told sorry, we cant help submit bug report.

If i submitted a bug report for every bug I found I would legit have no time to play.
it is not the job of the paying customer to be your QA staff blizz, and it absolutely stinks.

recently after grinding to rank 5 with soridormi, you are meant to get a one-off reward that is guaranteed that you don’t own, and i got one that i do.
Now this week lots of people have lost a ton of gilded crests depending on your number of alts.
is blizz even aware or do they just not give a crap?

I totally understand your frustration and no one likes running into these kind of bugs, especially when it means losing out on an expected reward.

For the chest being locked and unable to be opened, we do have a bug open for this and the investigation is currently ongoing. We also have a support article tracking it here:

For any other bugs you may come across, we very much appreciate it if you take the time to report them, but I understand it takes away from your gaming time and it’s of course up to you. We only ask that you don’t make support tickets for them, as those wouldn’t reach the right people in any case.
