The shields outside of raids are extremly low for a 3min cd, it currently gives about 8% of my 444 ilvl disc priests HP. Mass barrier from a 444 ilvl geared mage gives about a 20% shield for a 2min cd.
I believe Luminous Barrier outside of raids should be something like 30% of my HP for a 3min cd. Or even better a 20% shield for a 2min cd to match the mage barrier. This would also better align with the presevation evoker Zephyr which gives a 20% damage reduction on a 2min cd.
It’s currently not worth taking. When compared to other 3min healing cd’s like Rewind, Hymm, Revival, etc it’s a total joke.
Hopefully someone from Blizzard sees this and works some magic
