Because of the few guild perks that exist in the game. It is simply QoL than to have a shorter CD on HS, for instance.

We can’t evaluate arena proficiency by counting how many bananas you ate this morning.

Well for me to survive Vendetta+Sepsis on my own I have to press Trinket+Astral Shift+Aegis. First one is usually in Smoke Bomb so technically it’s better if I use my things. Then next go I have to rely on my healer.
If they go on my healer instead he is cooked since I have no way to keep him alive through it and Resto Druid’s survivability is based on selfhealing which is heavily countered by Hemotoxin.
I love when Shadow Priest for example can just press Dispersion in stun on every Sepsis tells others they don’t press buttons. Overall a design where guy presses 2 buttons and you have 1 sec at best to react or you’re gone is stupid.
While it’s truth that Outlaw and Sub are overall better Vendetta+Sepsis and Hemotoxin on top make insane pressure that not every spec is able to deal with on it’s own.
Imo the problem is conduit that buffs Sepsis damage way too much.
