Once you have full Honor gear you can only upgrade your PvP gear with Conquest, so in the BG’s where the first battle is the deciding factor, there is no point of doing anything once it is lost. There is nothing to do to progress once the BG you are in is a losing game and with so many premades, it takes ages to farm any kind of Conquest

Crate farms and rated arena on low rating are an excellent source for conquest.
