Lets scrap the whole xp / mmr / cr-thing. I want to sort my teammates out of their looks and transmog.
For example: a retri paladin might have 2100, but when you see he transmogs as a dwarf trying to be anduins greatest holy warrior (and the dwarf has a beard), you know youll have a bad time. Just as you know if you see a ww-monk with almost nothing and sargeras vision, and a name something like Godxispintwowinx you know it will be a try hard regardless of cr.

LFG already is kind of a tinder. You meet that random player based on appearances (xp cr class spec etc), barely talk, âget to the actionâ and see if you like it after a few rounds and then, only then, maybe you get to know eachother. And thatâs only one aspect that could be compared, I can think of many more XD
support, every time i see a rogue called âstepkickgodxâ âblindsaplolâ âkickgodxâ etc i already know itâs gonna be a hell of a ride
Dont know what you meant by the xmog stuff but this would be a very good idea to find people your level xp and gear. Like i could put up an add saying âseason 1 rival Rdruid seeking parner with similar xp, currently at 1400â and then come back the next day to see my replies. Then people with similar xp seeking the same could play with me
Because its more fun to write stuff on the forums than playing this abomination that is pvp now. And I recently separated so living between homes not really able to play until the renovation of my apartment is done 
I know youre trolling but I did this for dungeons. In BFA.
And it worked. As a hordie, taking only gobbos, trolls, orcs and taurens with rp character names, males and truehorde mogs was way better than using any form of rating system.
