Could we get the Blue and Red Smoke Flare’s in the game?
According to wowhead they should exist as recipes but there is no way to get the recipe:

Yust sell them at one of the engineering vendors or at some of the reputation quartermasters.
I guess it’s like the Adamantite Arrow Maker? It’s in a later phase?
no it was in the game in the original beta. but they removed it cause people where spamming them in citys 
Then why other colors are in the game? Bit weird.
