At this point blizzard must be working on a rework of both speccs, and thats why they dont bother to balance them anymore.
Anything else would just be the frost dk treatment since legion, and no class deserves that.
my holy priest pumps on healing
i dunno why people think they are bad
considering i have like 3 immunities i rotate through
the only thing my hprie needs is damage , literal 0 damage
im having prayer of mending healing on each jump for 1mil+
and i can stack it 14 times
with serenity hitting for 2.5-3mil heals instantly
dont even need to cast as holy prie lol
Yesterday ive just met a holy priest at 1900 in shuffle who beat my monk with 5-1 
So idk, Im not that bad just idk how to handle them
Maybe hpriest is a bit worse than others but its a fact, holy paladin and disc priest is out of control now.
or just keep disc and hpala as it is and buff underpreformers to same level as hpala and disc

I don’t know how u can tell since you don’t even play arena with your priest.
Honestly I don’t think H priest and druid are that bad, you’re just comparing them to disc and hpal which are clearly overturned.
Bring those 2 down and the healers will be pretty balanced.
You’ll have to bring pres, disc, hpal and mw by like 20% to bring them to rdruid/hpriest/rsham level.
If you want that then sure.
If by balanced you mean ‘as bad as each other’, then sure, they’ll be ‘pretty balanced’. Rdruid and Holy Priest are undoubtedly horrendous.
With that in mind, nobody, except for Rdruid players/partners, likes it when Rdruid is competitive with its current design. Passive afk 0 agency design that promotes perma dampening gameplay. No thanks.
I’m positive there either genuinely is no nesignated pvp team, or they know the season is so dog that even they don’t play it
Number of pres players is lowest of all healers in SS
it also has the lowest win rate in SS.
So please, tell me why you think pres is so strong?
Because Presvoker is the hardest healing spec to play. It doesn’t necessarily means it’s bad.
Pres is strong because he was in the final of AWC in EU. ILTU beat most of the teams losing only to Echo.

Pres only worked in that setup as it had a boomie and outlaw pumping cc.
Also they got 3/0/d against echo in a rematch
ALso the other team they came up against with 2 evokers was demolished.

People play Outlaw/Ele/Pres, Thunder with Pres and few other comps on top of the ladder.
Who wouldn’t get 3:0 against Echo? Echo played RMP when RMP isn’t even good.
Other team with Pres in top 8. Do you really will still try proving it’s bad?
Honestly, no one gives a damn about 3v3 anymore.
Its a dead mode.
